RETURN TO LIFE
His beaten battered marked body,
was removed from the wooden cross
from which he had been so horridly displayed.
Jesus was then carried away to an old borrowed tomb,
from which he would stay
until the stone
was rolled away.
While his followers in their hearts believed,
it was they who denied.
But Jesus took away their unfaithful sins,
for which he died.
Within a short time,
the heavy stone would be rolled away,
as Jesus came back,
to foretell them all,
of a beautiful everlasting life.
Those who threw painful stones,
who beat him to the
core of his broken bones,
would learn the heavenly truth.
Jesus would come back
to foretell them all
of a beautiful everlasting life.
While his faithful followers in their hearts believed,
it was they who denied.
But Jesus took their sins,
for which he died.
And by early morn,
the stone would be rolled away,
and darkness would be never more.
Jesus came back,
to foretell them all
of a beautiful everlasting life.
Jesus would be king.
He would be the chosen one.
The father.
Our teacher.
Mentor.
He brought the gift of everlasting life,
he proved all of those non-believers wrong.
Those who threw painful stones,
who beat him to the
core of his broken bones.
Would all know the truth
of their treacherous woes.
Jesus came back
to foretell them all
of everlasting life
when the stone
was rolled away.
He returned to life.
Jesus would be king.
He would be
the chosen one.
Jesus returned to life.
